Information we collect
- Contact information you provide directly: name, business name, job title, email address, mailing address, and telephone or mobile number.
- Service information necessary to support your systems: support ticket contents, device and network configuration details, and system logs collected through our monitoring and management tools.
- Billing information: billing contact, billing address, and payment method details processed by our payment provider.
- Website usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page, collected through standard web server logs and analytics.
How we use your information
- To deliver, support, and maintain the IT services you have contracted us to provide.
- To respond to your inquiries, support requests, and service tickets.
- To communicate with you about your account, appointments, invoices, and service or security issues, including by email, telephone, and text message where you have consented to text messages.
- To bill you and maintain our financial records.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Text messaging and SMS consent
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about support tickets, scheduled service appointments, account and billing notifications, and service outage or security alerts. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No mobile information or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties. All other categories of information may be shared only as described in the section below, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such sharing.

Who we share information with
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as our remote monitoring and management platform, ticketing system, telecommunications provider, cloud hosting providers, and payment processor. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety disclosures, where we are required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the security of our systems.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, sell, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to anyone.
How we protect information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information in our care, including access controls, encryption in transit, and endpoint security on the systems we use to deliver services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We retain your information for as long as you are a client and afterward for as long as necessary to meet our legal, tax, and contractual obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@kore-technology.com; we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
