Agreement to receive messages
By opting in through a web form, a signed service or onboarding agreement, or another medium, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Kore Technology Resources, LLC at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Types of messages you can expect
- Support ticket acknowledgements, status updates, and resolution confirmations.
- Scheduled onsite service appointment confirmations, reminders, and technician dispatch notices.
- Scheduled maintenance window notifications.
- Account and billing notifications, including invoice availability, payment confirmations, and service agreement notices.
- Service outage notifications and urgent security alerts affecting your systems.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency may vary and depends on your service activity, open support tickets, and scheduled appointments.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Kore Technology Resources does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to opt out
To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also opt out by calling 724-574-8990 or emailing info@kore-technology.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect your service agreement; we will continue to reach you by phone and email.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and your device’s ability to receive messages.

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliated and reseller networks.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post any revision on this page with a new effective date.
